How Do you stay so fit?! You are flawless!! Do you workout everyday or have a strict diet?
I try to work out for an hour at least 4 days a week. Usually involves dance, jogging + singing, resistance training, or yoga. I’m on a totally gluten-free diet, and I don’t really drink alcohol, (save for the holidays). Right now I’m doing the candida-free diet, which means no sugar of any kind, no gluten, no alcohol, coffee, tea, or fungi (mushrooms etc.) Just lots of veggies and protein, and small portions of simple carbs and fruit.
